Lazio receptivity
Managing receptivity in Rome and Lazio
In order to unify data and procedures to manage receptivity in Rome and Lazio, Region Lazio and City of Rome Tourist Board created a website managed by the Observatory and available to end users and operators by accessing website: www.ricettivolazio.it. The website offers a receptive infrastructure data archive system, capable of providing transmission of tourism flows figures as well as managing and accessing information both manually and/or automatically. A helpdesk service (helpdesk.ricettivo@atlazio.it) will provide support and assistance to operators and end users. Furthermore, the Newsletter service will allow mailing information to members registered to the service and supply information/data periodically.
The system is split into two areas:
- Receptivity offering information files of all tourism receptive infrastructures within Rome and Lazio such as those involve in hospitality and amenities
- Observatory we foresee the submission of the C59 ISTAT Form otherwise known as the form needed to record the movement of visitors for statistic purposes.
