The Regional Tourism Observatory
The Regional Tourism Observatory has been established under Law 13/2007 concerning the Organisation of Tourism in Lazio "with the objective of monitoring the tourism sector at a regional level through the gathering, the administration and the diffusion of information and statistics data as well as supervising offer and demand related to Tourism at the Tourism Regional Council Department”. The Regional Tourism Observatory involve provinces, town halls , chambers of commerce and trade associations and analyse existing information sources through agreements with ISTAT, Bank of Italy, ENIT, National Observatory of Tourism, EBTL, universities and research institutes.
