CODE OF ETHICS

Code of Ethics and Form 231 in AT Lazio

Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 dated June 8, 2001 became effective the following July 4, 2001 as “Disciplina della responsabilità amministrativa delle persone giuridiche, delle società e delle associazioni anche prive di responsabilità giuridica” and introduced to the Italian legal system penal administrative liability for certain crimes committed by executives, managers, employees or external collaborators of companies, associations, agencies or juridical persons, in the interests or in favor of said agency.

Once the Decree went into effect and thereafter amended, the Regional Agency for Promoting Tourism in Rome and Lazio S.p.A., in pursuing the management of company activities on the basis of the values of efficiency, correctness and loyalty in all phases of work, approved its Code of Ethics, by virtue of the Board of Directors resolution dated October 14, 2009 and the Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01.

The Code of Ethics thus approved was introduced for the purpose of describing the principles of ethics and deontology that we foster and on which the company intends, in compliance with current legislation, to base its activities and the pursuance of the company’s purpose. Our company consequently demands compliance with the principles contained therein by the company executives, employees and by all those who cooperate at any level in the pursuance of the company’s goals.

The Code of Ethics and Form 231 are fundamental instruments for orienting how company personnel deal with relations in the communities in which they work and in dealing with anyone who has a legitimate interest in our activities.
